Sakshi Malik Into the Finals Of Asian Wrestling Championship

Sakshi Malik, the first woman indian wrestler to win the bronze medal at the Rio Olympics is again into the into the finals of Asian wrestling Championship facing the Olympic gold medal winner Risako Kawai of Japan.

The 24 year old had defeated  Ayaulym Kassymova of Kazakhstan to march into the finals of Asian Wrestling Championship. She Advanced into the semifinals by defeating  Nabira Esenbaeva of Uzbek (6-2) in the Quaterfinals.

She had already won a  Silver medal at the 2014 Common Wealth Games, Glasgow and a bronze medal at the Asian Wrestling Championship at Doha in 2015.
