Prince Harry and his girlfriend of one year, actress Meghan Markle made their first official public appearance together on Monday. The prince and Markle walked hand in hand towards Toronto’s city hall and attended a wheelchair tennis event at Harry’s Invictus Games for wounded veterans.
Markle wore a white button-down shirt with skinny jeans ripped at the knee and black sunglasses. Harry wore an Invictus Games polo shirt, blue chinos and shades.

Harry and Markle sat together in the stands to watch wheelchair tennis, occasionally applauding or leaning in to talk to each other. Markle spent time with the wives and children of tennis players, and chatted happily with everyone around her, accepting small gifts from her new admirers.
They stayed for a half hour and shook hands with the athletes and Invictus volunteers. They left together hand in hand.

On Saturday night, Meghan supported Prince Harry at the Invictus Games opening ceremony in Toronto but this time, the actress was seated a section away from her royal boyfriend, who was instead beside America’s First Lady Melania Trump and Canada’s Prime Minister Justin Trudeau.

The couple’s step into the public eye together will likely fuel speculation that engagement is on the cards and will add to media interest in Markle.
The 36-year-old actress who stars in the TV legal drama Suits, told Vanity Fair magazine earlier this month that she and Harry were in love, in her first direct comments about the relationship.
The Invictus Games are an international sports competition for wounded and sick military personnel founded in 2014 by Harry.
