Octopus Makes A Crazy Escape From The Pyjama Shark By Using Shells As Armour.

In a video released by  British nature documentary series produced by the BBC Natural History Unit, Blue Planet II, a resourceful octopus was seen escaping from the Shark.

It was aired on the Sunday episode of “Blue Planet II,”  the wonderful footage of the octopus escaping.

The BBC Earth tweeted on Sunday, how an Octopus escaped from the hungry pyjama Shark trying to eat it. It covers it self from the shells, the shells acted as armor.

Footage of the clever trick received some time on the front page of Reddit on Monday.




People of twitter were really impressed by the escaping skills of the octopus.

Not just that BBC Earth posted an other video in which we can see the Octopus defends itself by just sliding its tentacles into shark’s gills and making it difficult for the  predator to breathe. Octopus has some good survival tactics.



“Blue Planet II” will premiere on BBC America in early 2018.
