Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy Note 8 was, on Monday, leaked by the acclaimed leaker Evan Blass (aka @evleaks). Blass shared images of the leaked phone, in several colours, from all the sides, on twitter.
The phone is slated for a release later this month on August 23, but the leaks give us a good idea of what Samsung will be offering. The images also confirm numerous rumours about the upcoming phone. The phone has same edge to edge infinity display, similar to Galaxy 8, it has a dual camera on the back and unfortunately the fingerprint sensor is much in the same place as Galaxy S8. However, this time it will at least be further away from the camera lens as Samsung has moved the flash between them. This was something which caused needless lens smudging for Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8 Plus users and users were hoping that Samsung places the sensor underneath the glass at the front of the upcoming phone.
The phone looks slightly less curvy than Samsung’s Galaxy S8, and appears to be have even smaller bezels, especially on top.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 8 is rumoured to be slightly bigger than the 6.2-inch Galaxy S8+, with a 6.3-inch AMOLED screen. The specs are likely to include a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor, 6GB of RAM, 64GB of storage and a 3,300 mAh battery.
