Lee Fun Jan professionally known as Bruce Lee was an Hongkong based American actor, martial artist and founder of the martial art Jeet Kune Do.
Many believed Bruce Lee was indeed a super human because of his abilities which was very different from other martial artist.
Bruce Lee could throw a punch so hard and so fast that almost no one was able to stop it.In 1967 demonstration,Bruce Lee threw 8 punches at 10th degree black belt Vic Moore who failed to block all 8 of them.
Many of the Bruce Lee’s punches and kicks were too fast for the cameras at the time to film.He even had to slow himself down many times while filming. Camera’s were not able to detect his movements if he punched as fast as he could.During the filming of Green Hornet the early footage had to re-filmed because his movements were so fast that he didn’t look like he was moving at all.
Normally a typical heavy bag or punching bag would weigh 100 – 150 pounds, but Bruce Lee had to use a 300 pound heavy bag filled with metal.Even though he used a 300 pound heavy bag his kicks would send the bags flying into air and it would hit the ceiling .He did not use the regular heavy bag because he knew he would destroy it with his force.
This is something unimaginable,it was reported that as part of his training to increase reflexes,Lee threw raw rice into the air and caught it with chopsticks. That amount of skill it takes to do this is out of the world.
Bruce lee had to use a wooden dummy that had car parts on it. Herb Jackson was the man who helped lee build this equipment, he stated in a book saying “i had to reinforce his wooden dummy with automobile parts so he could train on it without breaking it.”
Bruce Lee was very famous for his 1 inch punch from a single inch away he was able to muster an explosive blow that could knock a fully grown adult male clean off the ground. In 1964 lee went to the Long Beach Karate Championship and performed the 1 inch punch.Bob Baker, the man who was hit, later said “i had to stay from work because the pain in the chest was unbearable.”
Bruce Lee was indeed Super Human.
